Etro Rooftop on the 16th floor is the hotel’s highest visual-impact space. A 360° view over the Aburrá Valley, capacity for 80 seated guests and 150 in cocktail format. 120 m² with 3.20 m height, 126-inch screen, professional Bose sound system with three wireless microphones and one presenter microphone, and a stage measuring 3.97 x 1.94 m. Ideal for romantic celebrations, intimate weddings, social events and corporate afterworks with high visual impact.

La Makha Restaurant on the first floor is the hotel’s gastronomic venue. A versatile and elegant 120 m² space with 2.90 m height, capacity for 80 seated guests and 150 in cocktail format. The boardroom at 26 m² with capacity for 10 to 12 people has an 84-inch TV and imperial table setup. Ideal for coordination meetings, planning sessions, bridal preparations and gatherings that require discretion and a quiet atmosphere.

The 15th floor room and the boardroom are the natural spaces for business events that require privacy and focus. The boardroom has natural light, capacity for 10 to 12 people and the technology needed for presentations and video calls. Event guidelines and timelines

Setup takes place on the day of the event with a maximum of two hours before the start. Additional time has an extra cost. The minute-by-minute schedule must be submitted at least three days in advance. External food is not permitted under any circumstances. Storage is not available: all materials must be removed at the end of the event.

Payment terms are 50% upon confirming the quote and 50% three business days before the event. Quotes are valid for 15 days subject to availability. Contracts required for events over $20,000,000 COP.
