B Gym

How to structure the perfect spa day for dad
There is no official itinerary. There is a logic that works.
Morning: starting slow
Breakfast at La Makha between 6:00 and 11:30 a.m. No rush, no agenda. Breakfast at a hotel of this level is not something you dispatch quickly: it is part of the plan.
After that, a B Gym session if dad needs to activate before relaxing. Half an hour is enough to put the body in a receptive mode.
Mid-morning: the steam room
The B Wellness steam room is available from 9:00 a.m. It is the ideal time for a long session before the afternoon begins. Steam does what no massage alone can do: it opens the pores, relaxes deep muscle tissue and brings the heart rate down in a way the body holds for hours.
Afternoon: the pool
